NHS Employers: NHS Confederation

What is it?

NHS Confederation brings together and speaks on behalf of all organisations that plan, commission and provide NHS services. and offer specific consultancy and tailored services to healthcare providers and commercial organisations in the UK and overseas. Such services include Partnership, Commercial and exhibition expertise, Digital Media and Audio Visual (AV).

Growing Local Economies - We are the only body directly helping health economies to engage with their local leaders of growth – building partnerships with which to drive lasting improvements in public services for local communities.

Why do it?

Partnership & Commercial - Our team is made up of individuals with a wealth of commercial and partnership expertise. We will help you to develop tailored sponsorship packages that best match the aims and objectives of your event, enabling you to maximise income generation. From supporting an event, advertising your organisation and/or services in a conference guide to hosting bespoke roundtables and tailored projects, we will work with you to get your brand, product or service in front of key decision makers, helping you to exchange valuable information and create lasting relationships.

Our AV services team deliver a wide range of production services including videos, animation and podcast recordings. The team is on hand throughout the whole process to ensure that your key messages are fully integrated into the appropriate media and delivered in a clear, creative and compelling format.

Our NHS local growth adviser, Michael Wood, is leading this programme, working at both national and local level.

At a national level, he will work with government and public, private and third sector representative bodies to demonstrate and champion the NHS’s role in bringing greater regional economic prosperity and to influence future policy.

Locally, he will directly support individual NHS organisations to link with their local leaders of growth to understand, develop and build a common agenda, potentially bringing significant external revenues and benefits in local service design and delivery.
