Key Aims	To support the development of robust workforce planning strategies across the North West, including Greater Manchester
Support And Resources Available	Experienced team to help you with your workforce planning needs – from creating a robust baseline through to modelling the impact of new models of care at organisational or system level Access to the WRaPT online tool which allows the following: secure workforce repository and reporting function; facilitates the analysis of large amounts of workforce and activity data across multiple organisations; creates the ability to align workforce with activities; allows you to scenario model any number of future states based on workforce, activity or efficiency changes Facilitated care model redesign workshops Identifying areas of retirement risk around existing workforce and service/system resilience Insight into system-wide workforce statistics and characteristics
