Your Voice Counts – Help shape the future of health and care services in Greater Manchester​

The purpose of the Design and Ideas Hub is a creative space which will enable all Greater Manchester providers the opportunity to share ideas in an open forum. We are looking to capture common themes, problems and areas ready for transformation. By gaining direct insight into the needs of the system we can ensure that  the focus on workforce transformation activity and dedicated programmes remains on the priority areas.  

The Hub will generate workforce transformation opportunities that can be scaled up into proposals, business cases or projects. This innovative space will generate ideas from a place based level where our workforce can influence and test the systems thinking.
